ABOUT ME

Thanks for visiting my Portfolio! If you've got this far my art alone has you hooked so I shouldn't have much to say in this bit.
My name is Oliver Humm but most people, as in everyone except my Mum, calls me Ollie!
I love art and always have, from a very young age I was always doodling, be that drawing my own Pokemon Cards or just random little bits and bobs.
I eventually went on to get a First Class degree in Cartoon and Comic Book arts at Staffordshire University. 
I love watching Anime, Cartoons and reading Comics/Graphic novels, comics are my real passion however. I love designing monsters and creatures and have a huge passion for all things creepy and eerie, my main influences on my works are the many Godzilla creatures, Alien (H.R. Giger), Predator, The Thing, Jeepers Creepers, Gremlins, basically any monster movie! I also like playing video games, mostly Nintendo. 
I'm a hard worker and won't stop working until something looks perfect to me. I'm always looking to learn new things and perfect other skills I have, my current goal is to master watercolours.
